Etapes pour réserver votre chalet de ski

  1. Once you have decided on your holiday requirements, please email us at or call +44 (0)20 8144 4160 to check for up-to-date chalet availability.
  2. We will give you an option for three days while we await confirmation from you. If no confirmation has been sent within three days the option will automatically expire.
  3. To confirm your booking, please use the booking form.
  4. To ease the process, please list all guest names including their age (for ski pass and meal purposes only) and detail any dietary requirements if known in the comments box.
  5. On receipt of your deposit we will send you confirmation of your holiday plus a note of any balance due. Balances must be paid 10 weeks before departure.
  6. If booking in-season (within 10 weeks of departure), we will require the full amount for the holiday. Information packs will be sent to you approximately two weeks before your holiday departure date.
  7. Please note that all credit card payments are converted into euros at our bank's exchange rate. While we do not charge extra for transactions, your bank might.
