We are thrilled to annouce that we have taken on yet another beautiful chalet in Montchavin. Sitting inbetween Hermine and Caribou is Chalet Myrtille and is identical in every way with a private rooftop hot tub. We offer exactly the same services - self-catered, easy-catered and fully-catered so you can rest assured you can have a fantasic holiday with as much peace of mind as you want. Contact us now for further details.
In light of recent events it has been necessary to be as flexible as possible to reassure guests. With this in mind we have adapted our services to now offer our chalets as self catered with the option to have a fully catered, or our new 'easy catered' service where our team will prepare and cook your meals either in chalet while you are out enjoying the slopes and leave it all ready with simple heating instructions for you to serve yourselves and enjoy or, cook offsite and deliver to your door for you to collect and serve.
We hope you agree that this is a great solution to having your meals included in your holiday but with minimal contact with our team. That way you can rest assured that you can have a relaxed and as risk-free as possible holiday in the alps.

We always recommend the safest and best transfers or transport solutions for our guests but sadly due the pandemic, the Eurostar group is reviewing the existence of the Ski Train.

Your health and safety is of the utmost importance to us, more so now than ever before.
In addition to the already rigourous daily cleaning of the chalets by the team, from this coming season each chalet will have hand sanitiser gels at your disposal; our team will be equipped with thermometers for regular checks and be required to wear PPE during service and will wipe down and sanitise all kitchen, dining and entertainment equipment more frequently. These small but important additions will give us all peace of mind that you and your group are as safe as can be while you are in our care.
New and improved measures will be introduced throughout the resorts from now onwards to ensure a healthier, happier, and more sanitary environment for everyone who wants to enjoy the mountains.
Vending machines for hydroalcoholic gel (contactless) will be made available to customers in all areas and facilities of the Tourist Office.
Mountain Cart and Deval’Kart equipment will be subject to disinfection between each use.
Distance rules will be respected at ski lifts and resort activities.
Mountain bike rental companies will disinfect the handles and protective equipment.
Whitewater activities also have an increased procedure for distancing and disinfecting equipment so that activities can be carried out safely.
We always try to be as flexible as possible. Following the pandemic we have updated our terms and conditions to reflect the recent events and give better protection to our guests offering vouchers, cancellations or refunds possibilities.
